By using FreeReps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Description of Service

FreeReps is open-source, self-hosted software for collecting and visualizing personal health data. You deploy and operate it on your own infrastructure.

Self-Hosted Nature

FreeReps runs entirely on infrastructure you control. You are responsible for:

Third-Party Integrations

FreeReps may connect to third-party APIs (such as Oura) on your behalf. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. FreeReps stores integration tokens on your server; you are responsible for their security.

No Warranty

FreeReps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The software is not a medical device and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors of FreeReps shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate health data.

Open Source

FreeReps is open-source software. The source code is available on GitHub and is subject to its license terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
